*** Registration and checking in for MBHD2022 will be on Tuesday May 24th from 11am till 2pm at the Museum of Natural History (17 N Clinton St, Iowa City, IA 52240)
Registration fees include lunch, beverages and snacks (5/25, 5/26 and 5/27) and cover reception at the Museum of Natural History (5/24/2022) and BBQ dinner outing (5/26/2022).
How to Register
Registration services for the event are provided by The Department of Otolaryngology at The University of Iowa.

Payment: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), cash and wire transfers will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by or before April 17, 2022 will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between April 18, 2022 and May 15, 2022 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after May 10th.
